These terms cover your use of the Nexphaz mobile app. The app is provided by M. M. EXPORT IMPORT INTL. CORP., trading as NexPhaz ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If your business has a separate written service agreement with us, that agreement governs the service itself and takes precedence wherever the two differ.
The app is for the owners and staff of businesses that subscribe to our service. Accounts are not self-registered — we create a workspace for the business and issue sign-in details. You must be at least 18 and authorised by the business to act on its behalf.
The app lets you approve posts and replies that are then published on your business's own accounts, and to send replies to your customers' reviews. You are responsible for the content you approve. Material prepared for you may be drafted with the help of automated tools and can contain mistakes, so please read it before approving. We are not responsible for content you choose to publish.
Do not use the app to break the law, to publish content you have no right to publish, to harass anyone, to upload material you do not own or have permission to use, or to attempt to reach data belonging to another business. Do not try to interfere with, probe or overload the service.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store it and to use it to provide the service to your business — including publishing it where you have approved that. Only upload photos you have the right to use, including the permission of anyone identifiable in them.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Beta and test versions of the app may be incomplete and may contain faults.
Your business may stop using the service in line with its agreement with us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if required by law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time: open the app, go to Account, tap Delete Account, then Request deletion, or email contact@nexphaz.com. A person on our team handles the request and confirms by message when it is done. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed and what may be kept.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app if a change materially affects you.
