- Send you the verification messages required to activate the demo;

- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., GoHighLevel for CRM, OpenAI / HeyGen / fal.ai for AI generation, hosting providers, analytics providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NexPhaz, our customers, or the public.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case privacy commitments will continue to apply.
4. Marketing Communications & Your Choices
We may send you marketing communications by SMS, email, or telephone using the contact information you provide. You can:
- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text we send;
- Opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by emailing contact@nexphaz.com;
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@nexphaz.com.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send transactional messages necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., demo verification codes, account-security alerts).

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, you continue to use the Service, or as needed to provide the Service. After that, we retain information only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g., legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution). When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
